Coach Jude

Jude's origin story...

I'm a proud Aussie-Asian with a filipino heritage. I have five siblings & we come from humble beginnings in Roselands NSW.

I create my superpowers through the unconditional love of my son Sebastian and partner Jacqueline. My empathic personality type & 100% commitment to our industry. I live & breathe helping fellow practitioners achieve results so they can incorporate their newfound skills into clinical practice settings.

Working as a clinician & educator, teaching at the Australian Institute of Fitness & TAFE for more than 10 years, My clinical work in both Manual Therapy & Exercise Physiology since 2004 brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to your online & face to face courses. If I'm not burying my head in the books, you can find me at Cronulla beach having a surf or building sandcastles with Sebastian.

Coach Nina

Nina’s origin story...

Nina grew up on the north side of Brisbane in a small suburb called Kallangur where she was always busy with her dance classes, bass guitar lessons, big band rehearsals and swim training. Her adult years took her dancing professionally all over the world with Princess Cruises and after she had out grown her sea legs she ventured solo to Montreal to follow another passion of hers which was Flying Trapeze and Aerials. After suffering some big injuries, Nina decided it was time to come home and start another chapter of her life. Having always had a love of movement and strength training she decided to get her Personal Training Certificate which has then lead to becoming a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, certified in Functional Release Cupping and more recently has become a Functional Patterns Human Foundations Practitioner! Nina has a real love for helping people live a more pain free life through improving dysfunctional movement with Manual Therapy and the Functional Patterns Method. If she is not at the gym you will find her down at the beach living out her childhood dream of becoming an Iron-woman… just for fun of course!
